Heather was awesome! I have never seen anybody work so hard to find somebody a house. She spent countless hours doing research and spending time with us looking at numerous homes. We looked at several different towns, and she was knowledgeable about every one of them. She guided us through every aspect of the home buying experience, at times "holding our hands" and explaining everything to us in great detail. She certainly knows her business and will work diligently for her clients. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with her on a personal level as well. She is funny, thoughtful and well put together. If you want somebody that won't give up until she helps you find the right house, Heather is the one you want.

She helped and guided us the whole way to make our house look and sound like it really was (no touched photos, no made up description). She doesn't sit still and wait to sell it either. The whole time she is following up with us to make sure we are ready to show while being the perfect liaison between us and the selling agent. I wish we could give her a higher rating (10 stars A++++).

I was blessed to be raised in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands surrounded by a supportive and hard-working entrepreneurial family. I worked closely with my parents to build many local businesses ranging from telecommunications, internet, radio, restaurants, retail and a marina! I learned many cross-functional skills as well as to live a life of continuous improvement. After Hurricane Hugo in 1989 destroyed our family home and businesses, I learned first-hand the value of resilience. I pull strength from this extraordinary life experience during your home buying and selling process. I simply solve problems and don't whine about it.
After graduating the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce & Marketing, I worked with local Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch homebuilders in their Design Center learning all the parts of the home. I transitioned to new home sales in Lakewood Ranch with a national homebuilder. I did explore a Fortune 500 career experience as a "Project Manager",...but ultimately decided to go back to my roots in small business.
